AYMC GIFT CERTIFICATES
Looking for that special gift for that special someone?  The AYMC has gift certificates available for purchase.  These can be for any dollar amount and can go toward anything offered at the AYMC: new, renewal membership fees, upgrading membership, special conditioning classes, personal training or therapeutic massages.  You do not need to be a member of the AYMC to take advantage of special classes and therapeutic massages.  Come by the AYMC today.

Yoga
Afternoon yoga has resumed.  The classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-3:30.
Morning yoga is also offered on Thursdays at 9:15.
Yoga is included with an Unlimited Membership.  Classes are $5 per session for all others.

AYMC 5K
On November 19, 2011, at the first Mission Backpack 5K, over $2,000 was raised to benefit Mission Backpack.  We hope you will join us next fall for the 2nd annual Mission Backpack 5K.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Then, we can use you at the Welcome Desk!
